Not to be sexist or anything, but I don't know how effective it is to have a women (both widecards are women) on foreign policy. You know, the fact that I am not sexist doesn't mean other people (uhmm.. middle east) aren't.

Paul Krugman has another nice graph showing why the democrat will win this election year.

Summary: The support the for incumbent party is directly proportional to the growth of the economy the year before the election.

Conclusion: The economy is not doing well, so neither would the republicans.

Add to that the war, that's pretty decisive.
